Kishore Sangha

Kishore Sangha is the dedicated youth formation stream for adolescent boys in NSS member families. It has been structured to nurture disciplined thinking, respect for elders, moral conduct, and practical service habits from an early stage of life.

The core emphasis of Kishore Sangha is to build inner strength along with social responsibility. Young members are encouraged to balance study, spiritual awareness, physical fitness, and collective duty in branch-level activities and Sangha programs.

Training Focus

  • Daily discipline, truthfulness, and principled conduct in home and school life.
  • Participation in collective prayer, bhajana, and value-oriented discussions.
  • Basic leadership, teamwork, and volunteer responsibilities during Sangha events.
  • Respectful behaviour, service attitude, and accountability in community activities.

Through regular mentoring and orientation, Kishore Sangha members gradually become capable of supporting branch programs in an organized manner. This also helps create continuity of Sangha values across generations.

Kishore Sangha works in harmony with Mahila, Sevak, and Kumari wings of NSS so that family-level and branch-level development progresses together. The long-term objective is character-first growth - where devotion, discipline, and service naturally become a way of life.
